Can you replace our old bath with a modern easy-access shower or walk-in bath?

Yes, because we offer the most extensive range on the market of showers and walk-in baths designed for people who are experiencing bathing difficulties.

How long does an installation take?

Our installer will put down dust sheets to protect your home and take great care to respect your property. We also ensure that the old bathroom waste and equipment is removed.

What amount of mess and disruption will there be when the bathroom is done?

Our installer will put down dust sheets to protect your home and take great care to respect your property. We also ensure that the old bathroom waste and equipment is removed.

Will I have toilet facilities

We always minimise the time you are left without a toilet. In the majority of installations this is limited to just a few hours.

Is Batheability qualified for electrical installation work?

Yes we are fully compliant. All electrical work is certificated to part ‘P’ Regulations

Do you design, supply and install everything?

Yes we provide a complete supply and installation service.

My bathroom is small. I'm not sure it can be refurbished to suit my needs? Can you help?

Yes. We will be pleased to arrange for one of our advisors to assess the practicality of installing one of our easy-access products. This is, of course, FREE with no obligation.

I think I need a Wet Room, are there alternatives?

A Wet Room whether  in the current bathroom or in an extension is ultimately suited to those who need level access i.e. no trip hazards. However there are other less expensive options that may suit  your needs. Our advisors are trained to honestly assess  and work out the best, but not the most expensive solution;   and provide you with a fixed price.

How long will it take from placing an order to when the installation starts?

When you place your order, our advisor will provide you with an installation timescale – it’s usually 2-4 weeks; the sooner you have comfortable and safe bathing the better.

How much will it cost?

All bathroom installations vary in complexity as they are individually tailored to the user’s needs so we offer a free and without obligation consultation to provide you with a fixed price. We can say that the simpler installations start around £3,400, sometimes less. When you consider the special equipment and skills provided to enable staying in your own home, the cost is low compared to the upheaval and loss of independence by moving to a care home – which these days cost an average of £29,270 per year.

Do you provide a full guarantee?

Yes, we provide a comprehensive guarantee on all our products and installation work.
